Ugh sorry for the no updates thing.. my life has been way too hectic .. but things are settling so we will be moving on again. :)
DCS will be closed for new membership from June 18, 2002 until August 18, 2002. This is so we can organize things for a new year online and so we can get to know just who is here.. wow we have ahd so many people join.. honestly I dont know half of you. :( So we are going to take 2 months to reorganize things and get everyone where they need to be.
We have a lot of newbies and I will be adding them today I *hope*( if this thing I work on doesnt crash.. *sigh* i want a dell. :( anyway! Join the fun at the DCS cafe or the chatgroups.. and i hope we can all start our chats again.. boy I miss those chatty days! :)

OK we have NEWBIES!!!!! :) Things are getting exciting again around here!!! I have been offline for a week or two who knows.. it has actually been great ..lol.... DCS will eb going some changes.. more people gettin involved and taking over duties.. I am tired.. I never expected it to get big .. much less this big so now we will undergo some reconstruction to make it better... if you have any questions please email rosebloom.. she will be taking over that department to give me time to build more things for eveyrone on DCS. :)

Yahoo and Bravenet are both down for God knows how long and since I cannot wait I am switching everyone over to other services. I have created new email lists with topica.com.. we will use that one for now.. it's good to have a back up one anyway and I used topica.com before.. just make sure you don't type in TROPICA lol... so if you would like to join our chatgroup there please go by >>here<< and sign up.. :) We will have a lot of newbies this week so please be sure you stop by with a friendly hello. :) I know you're all a great bunch :)
The Jorinda Doll Contest will be up tomorrow (I forgot I started these on weds lol...) so you will have another chance to submit your dolls if you still want to enter that one. :) Judges pleae EMAIL ME if you have not done so yet .. so that I can add you to the DCS Cafe Judges forum.. it will be read only, but that is the only place you will be able to go to stay updated.. either email me or send me a message through yahoo whatever.. so I can grant access to that forum.
If you need access to the member forums on the DCS Cafe, please send me a provate message through ezboard (click on my name and then you can send it from my profile.) This is the only way I am going to do this because it gives me your username right then and it's easier for me. :) so be sure to stop by if you haven't already. :) I will be getting some new redirect urls for that since it's hard to remember. :) Take care and now that I figrued out dreamweaver lol.. Sorry for no updates in a few weeks ... I have been having some personal problems as well as been sick. :( To those wondering what happened, I did have to go to the hospital over the weekend, but as of today I am feeling 89% better...
Anyhow I will be redoing things around here.. adding and taking away things to make this site run itself. I will be purchasing a new domain soon and will be looking for people to help run DCS, please email me personally if you are interested. I have added the newbies :) ~*~welcome~*~ as well as The March Doll... will add more holiday dolls soon when things are less hectic. I can't really give details of what I am working on right now, but it should eb done in a few weeks. :) Hope you enjoy the new things coming! :)

New members are up on the Newbie pages! I have a lot of sites to check still.. so if you know anyone who is still in the queue.. ask them to make sure all urls are correct because a lot of folks forget to go back and add the link where the webring is at and then I have to go into every site and check. :( I dont like to just delete people because ringsurf can't find the ring, so I check every site.. this takes me a long time... so after 4 hours of visiting and checking I am done for this week! Welcome aboard our newbies!!! :)
Also I wanted to mention that we have added a few more chat nights as well as game night.. BUT if you have a YAHOO id .. consider downloading the yahoo messanger since we have discovered the joys of conferencing and if there are enough of us online we open up a conference and get sily for about 2 hours lol!!
Game nights have been scheduled.. will add the details to those as soon as I get them so we can spend some time playing on yahoo!
If you have no visited yet... stop by the DCS cafe... it's becoming a really fun place to hang out..specially since non-DCS members join us tehre as well!
The Contests will be down next week for reconstruction.
Please be sure to update at all times the email adress on ringsurf.. anyone's who email I get back as non-delivarable will be removed from DCS. These emails will be used to send out special News and announcements.. so everyone needs to be sure they heck those mailbozes.. we dont want to loose anyone. :)

DCS is NOT going to be closed down. Thanks to everyone who emailed me about it ... after seeing such responses I couldn't delete all this hard work.. so I guess we are just going to be around for a long time!
This are being rebuilt and reshaped.. all rules have been redone.. please be sure to read... basically we do not want any more problems here, and anyone who is found to be constantly stirring up trouble will be removed.
We have had 4 newbies in the past week and about 48 people waiting to join.... if you are one of those newbies.. please send me your site info.. i deleted 2 of my yahoo accounts dcs_mystic and dcs_webmistress and all the info was lost. (Sorry forgot to save it) Please update all of your emails for me to mystic@my-dcs.com this is the only one I will be using for DCS. All contests will be revised and uploaded next week. They will now run once a month to make things easier for everyone and to further promote contestants sites. More info on that later.

One more note... all membership dolls are going to be getting a facelift.. tight now I only have January up, but as soon as the the june-dec. dolls are ready I willl place them for eveyrone to pick up and update if they wish to. :) I hope you like them, and are ready for an exciting new year of fun here at DCS!!! Hello!! I hope eveyrone has had a good week!! Our DCS~Teens Egroup is ready to go! If you would like to join that (ages 13-18 and adults who are currently in the DCS~chat *to help out* only) there will be a link under *CHAT* sometime next week. :) The birthday Club is almost finished and will be ready to go by MOnday.. If you offer any kind of birthstone, zodiac dolls, or anything that can be associated with as a birthday gift, please send me *ONE* as a example and the link to where they are on your site.. the actual page I mean... not your your uel.. and I will link it from the birthday club site! Awards Club will be ready to go as well :). Some of you have received special awards so I wanted to sya CONGRATS!~
The Monaxy Contest Awards are up and boy am I tired! :P Everyone gets something, and if you are judging, please help me out and send ideas for original awards to give on the contests. :) I think the judges did a really awesome job and were more fair than I could have ever been! It is so hard to pick among not only awesome dolls, but friends as well. :)

I had intended on closing the member center down for a few days but after getting so much email about the password not working.. I figured I would just work on it quietly and let you all just come in as you please. :) We will be accepting new members soon... still pondering on whether we should bring back the application or just allow them to join the webring.. hum... we will let you know as soon as we have come to a decision!

OK Greetings Club is semi-up and not running... but as soon as I get the sites up getting them running is the easy part. They all should be running by Monday I *HOPE*.. since my hubby will be working tomorrow I can get more done..I will have Greetings, Graphics and Birthdays done by tomorrow night (if my children cooperate and no one decides to stirr anything up in my mail box!)
To those who have been siging up for clubs... we got you all... I am just not siging anyone up yet until I have a page to put you all in... thanks for understanding... december is EXTREMELY hectic in my house but I dont want to shut down DCS.. I would miss you all too much :).

Welcome Mystical Starr!! So glad you finally joined us!! :) To those who have been waiting for dolls... thanks for your patience.. things have been a bit crazy in my life the last couple of weeks and I am trying to maintain balance with all my sites.. as well as *TRY* to enjoy this internet thing.. so it doesn't become a big drag and I get too tired.. you know>I tend to be all ork and no play!

WOW! Was this an interesting weekend or what? I am not even going to mention it anymore because this person is really not worth any of us talking about anymore.... we discussed it in our chat group.... we tried to understand, but I guess I just cannot bring myself to understand such hypocrites! Anyway, :) I have placed trackers on our pages, this way I know where everyone is coming.. this tracks links through emails, messangers etc, so if someone is giving out our password or links to pages we will know about it and trace to see just who they are.
There is nothing on this member center worth *protecting* this just keeps the nosy and ill intended out of our private place... and the young little kids from stealing everyone's dolls like it had happened in the past. Plus...we all thought at the beginning this would be tons of fun lol... but for now the password thing will remain. I will see what is it I have to update things have beena bit crazy and I neglected everyone since last friday...sowwwy!!
Rosebloom will be taking over making memberbadges, I will let everyone know when she is all set up, and how the delivery will be. Stay tuned and have a niec day!~ hugs!

To those who didn't check their email yesterday,...boy are you inf ro a surprise!(if you are in the chat group that is!( DCSCHAT@yahoogroups.ca) I guess some of use where really in the mood to chat yesterday...and some of us ended up using the chatroom twice! :) I'm glad that LeJa and Ivy made it! YAY! I guess we will be scheduling chats for Sundays? during the day? Fot those who can sneak away for an hour? Let me know!!
We will be working this week on finishing the kids sites...since we are getting a lot of requests for *something* for little kids to join (ages 12 and under we will be opening a kids site on DCS called DCS~Lil' Angelz (thanks to the one who thought of this name? email me for credit.. **way** too many emails this weekend!) and they will be trading dolls just like us but this will be their special place. :) Filled with goodies for the kiddies. :)
I have added a new section called *Newbies* so we know who's new here ...I know some of you get like 181 emails? (((ROFL Divalita!!!))) This way everyone can visit!!! Graphics Club will be up this week and next wll be greetings! Just let us know where you would like to help and once it's up you'll get more info! Please be patient!! I am working as fast as I can.... also ...well... I dont know about you... but I really like our new site. :).. well our member center anyway!! Could it be because of Manda's Dolls? rofl... I just love looking at them! :) Last night's chat was fun... we got some inside *scoops* on new contests and things that will be happening on DCS! I hope everyone can make it to our nest chat!~ I will be placing polls on here as well so you can all easily let me know what you think. :)
I think the ChatRoom is a keeps?? yes?? no??It is fast loading and easy to resize, as well as fast loading... no one had problems with it, so for now, :) we'll be using that one! We are currently in need to build up our membership dolls, so if you wanted to do an old halloween or thanksgiving one and just didn't have time (like me) just do it anyway! There is always next year!~ and I know I would like to have them on the registries!
We completed another registry today! YAY! So now we are beginning to fill in #4... those who have *YET* to send it their personalized dolls, please do so ASAP, you can just send a doll if you want ...whatever size and I will resize and add your name for you, I know some find it easier that way.... anyway. :) these updates will get acrchived away under november 2001, but I will keep them here so everyone can read what has been going on!~ :) Thanks for being such a great bunch!!! :)
