***RULES FOR DCS***

OK so now that you have decided you might want to join here is what you need to do!

1. >>>JOIN THE OFFICIAL DCS WEBRING HERE<<<<.

Please be sure that all URLs are correct and all graphics are showing. ALL GRAPHICS MUST BE SHOWING, and your site ID *MUST* be correct. Due to an overwhelming response to DCS, all applicants who take longer than one week (AFTER JOINING THE WEBRING) will be deleted, and you will have to reapply. (This is STRCITLY Enforced)
Soooo...PLEASE do not join the webring UNTIL you are 100% sure you will be able to get your ring up and running in one week!!!!

2. Once your webring is ready just hit the old reply button on the email you received with your ring code and I will add you as soon as I can. Please *BE PATIENT*. I am an extremely busy person and filling my box with *What happened/ am I in yet?* emails will *NOT* help.

3. BEFORE ASKING A QUESTION TO OUR STAFF, please CHECK THE FAQ SERVICE HERE,, or the DCS CAFE FORUM chances are someone has already asked the same question and we have posted an answer there. If you do not see your question, please feel free to ask there if you think it will help others, this helps cut down on our emails.

4. We must *AT ALL TIMES* when visiting your site, be able to find the webring fragment. We ask that you please provide easy access to it.

5. If you are accepted into DCS and we do not hear back from you, after 2 weeks you will be removed.

6. There is absolutely *NO* harrassing, fighting, bashing, trashing, etc between members allowed. If a problem arises, it is to be handled POLITELY, and quietly.

7. DO NOT bring problems/drama into DCS. We do not like it, nor want any part of it. Where we do understand problems occur everywhere, and we are no exception.. any new member found to bring nothing *BUT* problems will be removed.

8. You must keep your email adress on RINSURF updated at all times. Anyone who's email is returned as undeliverable will be removed from DCS...so please sign up with a working email adress and be sure to check it 2-3 times a month.

9. NO SPAMMING OF MEMBERS ALLOWED.. do not spam members about contests, offers, etc.... this is not what this group is about.

10. We reserve the right as founder, co-founders and/or staff of DCS to remove anyone, for any given reason, at any given time in order to maintain the peace and order we have come to know and love.

We will do our best to keep the peace in DCS, and expect every member to do the same. Thanks for your interest in joining and we look forward to welcoming you into DCS. :)
